Jeffrey Logel

Jeffrey LogelJeff joined the board of 1809 LGBT Alumni in 2003. While at Miami, he served in several leadership roles for the Lesbian and Gay community including President of the Miami University Gay and Lesbian Alliance (GLA) his senior year. A 1989 graduate, Jeff obtained his degree in Business Administration with a Marketing major.

After graduation, Jeff moved to Washington, DC and interned in the Legislative Office of the Human Rights Campaign (HRC). He then worked eight years for the American Corporate Counsel Association (ACCA), a bar association representing corporate attorneys. He was the Marketing Director his last three years at ACCA. Currently, Jeff is employed by Fidelity Investments, where he has worked for the past ten years. A Senior Manager with Fidelity, Jeff holds his Series 63, 7, 9 and 10 financial licenses.

Jeff lives east of Cincinnati in the Polo Fields subdivision of Union Township. He shares his home with his partner of fifteen years, Richard Xifo. Richard is a Senior Vice President for Executive Jet Management. They have five dogs (4 Boston Terriers and a Chihuahua): Buddy, Belle, Bruno, Beau and Batman.

While at Miami, Jeff was a member of many student organizations including the Miami University Gay and Lesbian Alliance (GLA), College Democrats, Black Student Action Association, Students without a Voice, Students for Safe Sex, and Chameleon.
