Alumni Weekend, 2009
In honor of Miami University's bicentennial celebration in 2009, we would like to invite all LGBT alumni to return to Oxford for Alumni Weekend, June 18-21. The 1809 LGBT Alumni Board will host several events:
- On Friday evening, there will be special reception for 1809 LGBT alumni at Lewis Place hosted by President David and Valerie Hodge, which will be followed by a dinner and screening of the movie Freeheld.
- Saturday’s events include a luncheon, a panel discussion, and an afternoon reception.

Registration
Online Registration has begun and a registration brochure will be mailed soon. Register online at the Alumni Association site and view complete details of all the Alumni Weekend events. Early Bird registration closes on Sunday, May 31st. Regular Registration closes on Monday, June 15.
Housing is available in the residence hall rooms for $50 per room, per night, ($45 Early Bird rate). Most rooms have two single beds and if you would like to be housed with the 1809 group, please indicate on the housing section when you register.
Rooms are also available at the new Courtyard by Marriott in Hamilton, which is 12 miles from Oxford. Check the Housing link on the Alumni Weekend web page for more details on housing.

Friday night Dinner and Movie - $25 Early Bird Price, $30 Regular Price (after May 31)
Saturday Luncheon - $15 Early Bird Price, $20 Regular Price (after May 31)
